1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

3. Account Creation and Security
Each individual may hold only one registered account on pwin. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and for keeping that information up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any one-time verification codes. pwin will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. You must notify pwin immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Any activity carried out through your account — whether by you or by a third party using your credentials — is your responsibility. pwin shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take adequate measures to protect your login information.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using pwin, you agree to the following obligations and rules of conduct at all times:
- You will use the platform solely for personal, recreational purposes and not for any commercial, fraudulent, or illegal activity.
- You will not attempt to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent any game outcome, system function, bonus mechanism, or payment process on the platform.
- You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software intended to gain an unfair advantage over other users or the platform itself.
- You will not engage in any form of money laundering, collusion, or match-fixing through the platform's sportsbook or any other service.
- You will not impersonate another user, platform staff, or any third party in communications on or relating to pwin.
- You will comply with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations relating to online gaming and financial transactions.
Violation of any of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required. pwin reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and take appropriate action at its sole discretion.
5. Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions on pwin are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the payment channels made available on the platform, which may include GCash, Maya, and local bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may change over time without prior notice.
You are responsible for ensuring that any funds deposited into your pwin account are from a legitimate source and are legally yours to use. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name may be rejected or flagged for review. pwin reserves the right to conduct verification checks on transactions at any time.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and any applicable processing requirements. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the platform's cashier section. pwin does not guarantee specific processing timelines, though we endeavour to process requests as promptly as operationally possible. Transaction fees, if any, will be communicated at the time of the transaction.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
pwin provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of any information displayed, or the fitness of any service for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, pwin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to system errors, connectivity issues, or user error.
All content on the pwin platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of pwin or its licensed providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission. Unauthorized use of any pwin intellectual property may result in legal action.
Links or references to third-party services, if any appear on the platform, are provided for convenience only. pwin does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party sites. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by those parties' own terms and conditions.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law
pwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reason to believe that a user has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulation. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, associated funds may be withheld pending investigation.
You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting pwin support. Upon account closure, any remaining eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to verification requirements. Balances associated with accounts closed for rule violations may not be returned.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of the pwin platform that cannot be resolved through direct communication shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
